No. Verification confirms that a listing is accurate and business-managed — it is never for sale and is completely independent of which plan a business is on. A Free business can be verified; a paying Enhanced business is not automatically verified.
Will a paid plan move me above closer businesses in search results?
No. Distance and nearest-first sorting work the same way for every plan. Enhanced businesses are only eligible for a separate, clearly labelled "Featured" section that rotates fairly — it never reorders or replaces ordinary search or category results.
What happens after I request a plan or a new listing?
An administrator reviews every request — submitting one never activates a plan or publishes a listing automatically. You'll be able to see the status of your request from the Merchant Portal.
Can I still fix wrong information on my listing if I'm on the Free plan?
Yes. Requesting a correction or removal is free on every plan, including Free — it's never gated behind a paid plan.
Is there a way to get a callback or speak to someone about payment?
Not at this time — Maftown Ba Kae doesn't take callback requests, and doesn't process payments through the platform. Plan changes go through an administrator after a request is submitted here.
